What types of payment do you accept?
I accept CASH, CASHAPP, and PAYPAL for notary services, with invoicing available for businesses and repeat clients. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have specific payment needs, please contact me prior to your scheduled appointment.

What are the ID requirements for the signer?
The signer must provide a valid, government-issued photo ID such as:
- Driver’s License or State ID
- Passport
- Military ID
- Resident Alien Card
📌 Important: The ID must be current and physical – photocopies or expired IDs cannot be accepted.
Can the notary provide legal advice or documents?
No. Notaries are not attorneys and cannot offer legal advice, interpret documents, or assist in completing them. If you have legal questions, consult an attorney before your notary appointment.
Additionally, notaries cannot provide blank legal forms or documents. You must obtain these from a licensed attorney or a trusted legal source.
What if my loved one does not have an ID?
If the signer does not have valid identification, two credible witnesses (who have valid IDs and know the signer personally) may be used to verify their identity.
Does the signer need to be mentally competent?
Yes. The signer must be mentally aware, understand what they are signing, and be signing willingly. If there are concerns, a doctor or nurse may need to confirm competency. A notary cannot proceed if the signer appears confused, under duress, or unable to communicate their intent.
Does a Health Care Surrogate or Living Will need to be notarized?
In Florida, a Health Care Surrogate Designation and Living Will do not require notarization to be legally valid. However, notarization is recommended to ensure the document is accepted without question by hospitals or care facilities.
Should documents be filled out before the notary appointment?
Yes, all documents should be completed before the notary appointment, except for the signature and initial fields. The notary must witness the signing, but they cannot assist in filling out any other portions of the document.
What Ink Color Should Be Used for Signing?
Most legal documents require signatures in black or blue ink. Some institutions have strict guidelines on ink color. Verify in advance whether blue or black ink is required for your documents to avoid issues with acceptance.

On May 26, 2025, I completed the Professional Course: Loan Signing Agent Training and Certification with Loan Signing Systems. This master training certifies me as a Loan Signing Agent trained in HELOC’s, Reverse Mortgage’s, Seller Packages, Deeds, Affidavits, Mortgage/Security Instruments
Can you provide scan backs and ensure timely drop-offs?
Yes. I provide scanbacks upon request and ensure same-day document drop-off to FedEx, UPS, or the delivery method of your choice.
Do you accommodate urgent or last-minute signings?
I do my best to accommodate urgent requests, last‑minute closings, and same‑day service when available. Premium hours—nights, weekends, and holidays—may incur additional fees. Contact me for availability and pricing.
Do you provide witnesses for appointments?
Yes, I can provide witnesses for notarizations when requested in advance. Please let me know how many witnesses are needed and note that an additional fee may apply for each witness provided.
Are you bonded and insured?
Yes. I am commissioned with the State of Florida Notary Commission approved for $25,000 bond/$25,000 E&O insurance through Western Surety Company.
